Genixis ("Genixis," "we," "us," or "our") operates genixis.io and all associated pages, including GenAI University and the AI Explorers Camp. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who interacts with our website, consulting services, educational programs, and communications.

This Privacy Policy covers all Genixis services — including Operational Diagnostics, Process Improvement, Systems and Workflow Enablement, AI Enablement and Automation, Data and Decision Support, Project and Program Delivery, and all GenAI University educational offerings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes — ever.

  • Parent or guardian name, student name, grade level, and age (AI camp enrollment)

We also automatically collect technical information when you visit our website — including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on page — used only to improve our website and service experience.

Professional Services & Client Data

Genixis delivers services across two primary practice areas. When you engage either division, we may collect and process information specific to your engagement.

Genixis Consulting services include Operational Diagnostics, Process Improvement, Systems and Workflow Enablement, AI Enablement and Automation, Data and Decision Support, Project and Program Delivery, and Change Enablement and Adoption.

Genixis AI & Advanced Analytics services include AI strategy and architecture, advanced analytics platforms, data engineering and pipelines, custom AI application development, intelligent automation systems, AI copilots and assistants, predictive modeling and forecasting, AI infrastructure and deployment, and industry-specific AI solutions. This division also operates a specialized AI & Energy Readiness practice covering AI infrastructure readiness assessments, compute efficiency and optimization, AI workload forecasting, energy-aware systems design, and AI governance and infrastructure risk controls.

Across all engagements, we may collect and process:

  • Organizational data, workflows, and operational documentation shared for analysis
  • Internal systems information, technical architecture, and infrastructure details provided to support assessments
  • Data sets, model inputs, and outputs used in AI development and analytics engagements
  • Personnel and team structure information relevant to operational or transformation engagements
  • Financial and performance data shared to support strategy, reporting, or forecasting engagements
  • Energy consumption, compute workload, and infrastructure specifications shared for AI & Energy Readiness assessments

All client engagement data is treated as strictly confidential. Genixis does not use data from one client engagement to benefit another client, and does not disclose client information to any third party without written consent, except as required by law. Data handling is further governed by the confidentiality provisions of your applicable Statement of Work or Consulting Agreement. In the event of any conflict, those terms govern.

Children's Privacy

Genixis's educational programs serve students in grades 9 through 12. We do not collect personal information directly from students under 18. All enrollment forms are completed by a parent or legal guardian, and all direct communications are conducted with the parent or guardian on record.

Student names and grade levels are collected solely for program administration and are not used for marketing or shared with any third party. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor without parental consent, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: GoHighLevel, Stripe, Zoom, and Circle.so receive only the data necessary to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect it.
  • Team members and subcontractors: Authorized Genixis personnel may access client or participant information strictly to fulfill their role, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Genixis or program participants.
  • Business transfers: In a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer to the succeeding entity under the same privacy protections.

Data Retention

  • Consulting engagement records are retained for a minimum of five years
  • Enrollment and payment records are retained for a minimum of three years
  • Session recordings are permanently deleted within 90 days of session end
  • CRM and communication records are retained for up to two years
  • You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of SMS or email communications at any time, request data portability, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
