Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Genixis ("Genixis," "we," "us," or "our") websites, services, and programs — including genixis.io, all consulting and advisory services, and all GenAI University educational programs including the AI Explorers Camp.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, entering a consulting engagement, making a payment, or participating in any Genixis program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use our website in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone else's use or enjoyment of the website
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access without notice for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to Genixis, other users, or third parties.

Program Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in Genixis programs, including the GenAI AI Explorers Camp, is subject to availability and acceptance by Genixis. Submitting an enrollment form does not guarantee a spot. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize Genixis to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Payment plan participants agree to pay all installments on the schedule agreed at enrollment. The first installment under any payment plan is non-refundable after 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility for GenAI University programs, including the AI Explorers Camp, is governed by the Genixis Refund Policy, available in full at genixis.io/refund-policy. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

For consulting engagements, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable Statement of Work or Consulting Agreement executed between Genixis and the client.

Professional Services

Genixis delivers professional services across two primary practice areas, both governed by these Terms unless a separate executed agreement specifies otherwise.

Genixis Consulting services include Operational Diagnostics, Process Improvement and Standardization, Systems and Workflow Enablement, AI Enablement and Automation, Data and Decision Support, Project and Program Delivery, Risk and Compliance Frameworks, and Change Enablement and Adoption.

Genixis AI & Advanced Analytics services include AI strategy and architecture, advanced analytics platforms, data engineering and pipelines, custom AI application development, intelligent automation systems, AI copilots and assistants, predictive modeling and forecasting, AI infrastructure and deployment, and industry-specific AI solutions. This division also operates a specialized AI & Energy Readiness practice providing AI infrastructure readiness assessments, compute efficiency and optimization, AI workload forecasting, energy-aware systems design, and AI governance and infrastructure risk controls.

All consulting and AI engagements are governed by the applicable Statement of Work or Consulting Agreement executed between Genixis and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

Genixis will perform all services with reasonable professional skill and care. Genixis does not guarantee specific business, technical, financial, or operational outcomes from any engagement, as results depend on client cooperation, data quality, implementation fidelity, and factors outside Genixis's control.

Program Participation and Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow participants at all times across all program channels including Zoom sessions and the Circle.so community. The following may result in immediate removal without refund:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any participant or staff member
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in any program channel
• Sharing another participant's work without permission
• Repeated disruptive behavior following a formal warning
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations

Genixis reserves the right to skip the warning process for severe violations. All removal decisions are final.

Session Recording and Student Work

Zoom sessions are recorded for educational purposes. By enrolling, the parent or guardian consents on behalf of the student to being recorded. Recordings are accessible only to enrolled students, their parents or guardians, and Genixis staff, and are permanently deleted within 90 days of session end.

Genixis will not use student recordings for marketing without separate written consent. Parents may opt out by notifying [email protected] before the student's first session. Students retain ownership of original creative work produced during camp.

Intellectual Property

All content on genixis.io — including text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum materials, and software — is the property of Genixis and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Genixis content without prior written consent.

Program curriculum, video content, and instructional materials are proprietary. Participants receive a limited license for personal learning during the program only. Redistribution is prohibited. For consulting engagements, intellectual property ownership is governed by your applicable Statement of Work.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Genixis related to your enrollment, program participation, or consultation scheduling.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Genixis makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, academic results, career results from any program, or specific business or financial outcomes from any consulting engagement. Results depend on individual effort, client cooperation, and circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genixis, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or programs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Genixis in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
